The following rates are based on the following:
Industry Standard for Transcription – 15 audio minutes takes 60 minutes to transcribe
Below are the tariffs for Audio Transcription. The tariffs are calculated on a per audio minute basis which is the fairest method for the client.

For poor quality tapes (background noise, over speaking, etc.) the transcriptionist reserves the right to add a surcharge of between 10% & 15% to the invoice cost. This is due to additional time spent on the transcription.
The transcriptionist reserves the right to reject any digital audio recording which is deemed to be of extremely poor quality.
