ˇ Ensure your recorder is switched on
ˇ Modulate your voice as if you were speaking directly to a coleague or friend
ˇ Speak clearly spelling out any difficult words, place names, peoples names, and special terminology
ˇ Once you are happy with your recording download it onto your pc
ˇ E-mail your digital recordings to your chosen transcriber
